The office was very clean and nice. The staff was infomative and courteous. The prices were very resonable and they did a fine job. There is no official waiting area, and the chair I was given was quite uncomfortable. There were several dogs on the property that were annoying. The workers did nothing to keep them away from the customers. No one was very friendly, and I wasn't very happy.

"Great Automotive Service"I had used Rudy's once since moving to San Marcos, Texas since moving here one year ago from Houston. My front end was rumbling and riding rough, Rudy looked over my car and told me nothing was needed but tires, the car was fine. He referred me to a good value tire place and charged me nothing $0.00 for diagnostic services, i am a fan for life. Not using him is a mistake also for Texas...

"Wanted $50 dollars to estimate what was wrong"I asked him to quote on replacing an o2 sensor. I had purchased the part already.
Said I had to pay him 50 dollars for an estimate. Told him I knew what the problem was and didn't need an estimate I only needed the labor done. He said let someone else do it then. So I am.
Don't go there unless you don't know anything about vehicles and feel like being ripped off.
