"Service is Poor. Food Average. Venue NOISY!"I've been to Truluck's many times and keep hoping it will get better. It's styled well and the food is always average. The service, although friendly, is always S L O W . Don't expect to get out of there in under three hours. Additionally, it's a VERY noisy place. I find myself constantly almost yelling at my tablemates.

"eh."I've never much liked Artz. It always seems a bit grungy, which for a bbq place isn't a bad thing. I just get an institutional feeling every time I go in. I seem to hit them when the bbq is very dry.

"Two women having dinner"Be careful where you go to eat if you are dining with another woman. Even after ordering martinis and a nice bottle of wine our waitress acted as if we were not even dining in the restaurant. When asked if we enjoyed our meal and responding that the ribeye was tough she said "well you certainly ate most of it if you did not enjoy it". "Mixed results"We ordered two steaks. One highest quality, one disappointing (same cut).
If you like your steaks medium rare, order them "medium", as both our steaks were undercooked (compared to what would be considered normal). Especially if you order a bone-in steak.

"Great place others don't know what they are talking about"12/26/08 was a Friday night so pootron must have been making this up. He said he ate on a Saturday night. "Awful food"Be it Tex-Mex or Mexican, this place's food is terrible. The solution the kitchen uses to disguise the bad cooking by drowning the food in cheese. Don't know what the drinks are like, but I wouldn't eat there and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.
