I will never go back to those 1-800 insurance companies!! When poop hits the fan nothing compares to having an agaent who is proactive and accessible and CARES. I was already impressed with how he helped me after my accident but while sitting in his office I heard many other stories.... like how a deer broke thru an elderly womans window at night she was frightened and could not get any repair done that night so HE went to H-Depot and put in plywood cover for her. Wow!

I have been insured for my business, my home and auto with Mr Spruce ALLSTATE for 4 years and I can say that he has been the best office to deal with, There have been situations where I have needed serious help and they have always taken care of my insurance needs and Mr Spruce and his staff have been excellent, very ethical, knowledgeable and ready to help. I do not write many reviews at all but this one is an understatement of the quality of service they provide. About a year ago I was going to switch to Geico because supposedly they were $400 cheaper and I needed to cut expenses urgently when I was ready to sign, Geico jacked up the insurance cost. In my commercial insurance Mr. ASpruces' office just got me a 50% less expensive and with the same coverage, I love that. Give them a try Dayl, Linda and the are top of the line.‎
