I have gone to Alpha for keys over the years and have always been satisfied with the service. Today I needed to replace an old deadbolt set and there was no end to the amount of help Marvin provided (until the problem was ultimately resolved). And I saved money versus the cost of a whole new lockset.
I can't say enough good about these guys. Highly recommended.

The locksmith profession nationwide has been the target of predators who are "copy-catting" legitimate businesses, using our names, similar addresses, etc. These fraudulent locksmith "posers" are not in business for the good of anyone but themselves. Consumers beware! Know who you are really doing business with when you call a locksmith. Especially when using the Internet.

I've been a locksmith in Austin for 20 years. We've had the same retail location for 9 years. We do not use any 800 phone numbers.
