Backtracked on coupon: They did a decent job of cleaning the carpets, but they told me in advance that they could clean my rugs, even though they were on hardwood, and then when the guy arrived he said he couldn't risk cleaning the rugs because they were on hardwood and that I would have to take them in -- major inconvenience. Also, I forgot to give the guy my coupon when he left, and so I called to tell the owner, so he said to mail it in and he would honor it. I get a letter a week later saying he can't honor it. Not a good way to ensure repeat business.
