FRUSTRATING and DISAPPOINTING!
PROS: They are helpful with scheduling and they drop off on time.
CONS: They do not pick up at the agreed time and when they do arrive the delivery/pick up crew spend more time chatting than working. They also charge for any late fees caused by their inability to be on time!
