Not sure about the service, but the ad drives me nuts

Didnt want to affect their star ratings but every time the ad comes on, I have to mute it. I cannot stand it! DRIVES me nuts! Im sure that may have been the angle they were going for, as I remember it, but seriously, arent there enough annoying ads? Creative but it plays so often I have to change channels or mute it. But still PRO AUSTIN BUSINESSES! Proud they are making enough to afford what must be an expensive ad, as an Austin business.

Really?

The absolute worse car wash for $35.00. My car was in need of a loving, caring, car washing moment and all it got was a 9 minute run through with a hose and a greased rag thrown at its beautiful heart. Now I am left with a greasy, still dirty vehicle that I will have to now take elsewhere to have the job done. On a side note, the car smelled worse after the wash then before the wash, which I guess makes me feel cleaner about myself...I should have put that in the PROS section; thanks Arbor Car Wash! My dirty car smells better then you cleaning my car. :p

Awesome
I left my husband's very dirty car to be detailed and found myself without a ride to pick it up. The owner picked me up at to my house so we could have our absolutely beautifully detailed car that evening. Reasonable price / fabulous job / personal service. How great is Austin that we have a great owner operated car wash so close to downtown!

Quick, efficient and beautiful
These guys are fast and you get your car back absolutely spotless. Other washes always forget a particular spot or habitually don't do certain areas, etc. These guys rock! Of course, most of them don't speak English and the ambience is a little spare, but you're there for a car wash not for the "car wash experience." Reasonable prices.

Great bargain & location!
Austin Quality car wash's cheap wash (currently $10) is the best bargain around. They wash and vacuum your car in minutes. Since they're next door to Half Price books (not to mention all the other stores and restaurants w/in walking distance), there are plenty of things to do while your car is being cleaned.
