Fabric is awesome, vacuum repair is not
I brought my Dyson in for a repair and left it 3 1/2 months. The problem, I was told each time I called, was finding the part needed to repair it. After bringing it home, I called Dyson's 1-800 number and described the part. They sent the $9.00 part and I put it on this am by myself. It took 2 weeks for delivery and 3 minutes of my labor. I even found the same part on EBay.

BUT! If you quilt, go see their fabric. They have a great choice of gorgeous fabric. It seems they have quite a few sewing and quilting machines for sale and to try out.
I always receive courteous service, even during my
vacuum repair months.
Pros: Great choice of fabric and sewing machines
Cons: This is not the place to have your vacuum repaired
