I've been going to Auto Maint. Man for 3 years. They have not only saved me a lot of money, they always explain everything with detail. I like them because they are very professional and fast. I come all the way from North Lamar because I haven't found any shop that offers the service they do. Quality.

About the Super Saver Cards: There is a group of individuals that are illegally selling these "Super Saver Cards" Auto Maintenance Man does not offer this service. As advised by the police department and the General Attorney's office we are collecting these cards to bring as evidence to court in a case against Scott Osborn. We tried to help out the customers that were scammed, by giving discounts to make up for their lost money. We do not have to do this, but we feel like it is in the best interest for everyone. We are in a legal battle in order to catch these moving targets who are misrepresenting AMM, using our name to take your money. An attorney is already working on this case. As advised by the police investigator and the legal attorney we can not accept these cards, otherwise we would be agreeing to their delinquent practices. We are truly sorry for any confusion and inconvenience this has caused. It is in our best interest to solve this matter

AMBER: As a courtesy service to all of our customers, we perform a thorough 22+ point check. We inform our customers of the overall condition of their vehicles to ensure their reliability and safety. This is been very much appreciated by most customers. We do not and never will try to force anyone to have any services done. We just convey urgency if required, then and only then. Maintenance recommendations are based on Factory Scheduled Maintenance. We are aware that most shops do not perform courtesy checks, but we choose to do so for the benefit of our customers.

I went in without an appointment to have my cracked radiator replaced one Saturday, because my usual place for repairs was closed. After doing the work, he looked over the rest of my car and basically told me it was on the brink of death and would cost around $1200 to fix everything that was broken. After much despair, I decided that, since I'm female, he was possibly trying to get over on me and I'd take it elsewhere for a second opinion. I waited for a weekday so my usual place would be open, and after $300 everything was fixed. BIG difference in price there, buck-o. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is female, as you will be swindled. Instead, take it ti the honest mechanics down at the Manchaca Auto Service Center. Terry is wonderful, an they will not rip you off because of your gender.

These are nothing but con artists! They sold frequent customer discount cards around the neighborhood and when folks went to use them they said they were invalid. There were pictures of the employees on the cards, and they say they aren't taking them and actually wanted to collect the card from me, HA! I told them I'd sell it back for the $40 I paid for it, they laughed in my face. CROOKS and THIEVES. Support local business, HA! Support HONEST business. Go to Lambs, or anywhere else - at least you'll get what you pay for
