The place is alright to go in for just one drink! But the place is loud and only friendly depending on their moods of the day. Also watch your tabs and what size bill you give them, they will try to rake you over and over again if your not paying attention, they are money hungry and will try to keep your change by batting their eyes at you.

Me and my boyfriend were visitng Austin and walking around 6th street and one of the Coyote Ugly bouncers stopped us and was trying to convince us to come in but we were headed to dinner so we said we'd be back. After having a couple of drinks, we went back to Coyote Ugly and needless to say, I hopped myself up on the bar and did some dancing! The bartenders were really nice and handed out shots to all the girls on the bar! They even did a dance routine themselves. It was one of the highlights of the evening!

So I get the attraction to this place with the movie and all but it really is just for tourist. If I went to this bar on a regular occasion I would give up drinking all together. It is NOVEL and that is about it.

My friend and I who are from Houston, decided to go check out Sixth Street in Austin on a Saturday Night. We decided to stop in at Coyote Ugly. We really had a good time. It was very entertaining. We were waited on frequently and had a lot of laughs. This is really a neat place to hang out. I highly recommend.

Recently my sister from Dallas and myself, from California, decided to go check out Sixth Street in Austin on a Saturday Night. It was hopping and we walked all the way up one side and down the other going in and out of shops and bars. We had stopped in at Coyote Ugly and enjoyed it and at the end of our walk we decided that it was the best one and went back for more. It was very entertaining and it was the most comfortable. It's not fancy and certainly not a dive. We were waited on frequently and had a lot of laughs. Next time I'm in Austin, I'm hanging out there for the entire night.
