Trey took out a shopping cart ding on my new f150 tailgate. It only took a few minutes and I watched him work. He also buffed and sanded the scuff marks out of the paint. All this without an appointment. They seemed very busy as well. Great service.

EXCELLENT!!! Highly recommended. I had a dent in the fender (no idea how it got there) Brought it in for an estimate. They were not possitive if they could fix it, be were willing to try. The dent was about 1.5 in. long, and aobut 3/8 in. deep. They said if they could not get it out, there would be no charge. So, I took the chance..what did I have to loose.. They did fix it, and I cannot tell where it was at all. It is perfect, and I don't say that easily. The car is 6 mo. old, dark blue metalic, so the repair needed to be perfect, or it would be noticed.
Bottom line, the guys were honest, and true craftsman. They take pride in their work.

I called Dentworks to fix my hail damage and what a great decision that was! The service was excellent, my car looks perfect, and I had it back in record time! Trey Pool is the best! He doesn't contract his work out to the cheapest guy in town, they do their work in house which means you can count on the workmanship. They are also very fairly priced and dealt with my insurance company for me saving me a huge hassle. Thank you guys so much for doing a great job. I would recommend this place to anyone who really cares about their car and wants an overall great experience!

I met Brian and Pete a light year ago when they were doing "Home Shows" in downtown Austin. I was intrigued with the idea of paintless dent removal and kept their card buried in my office file. After years of jobs around the world I came back to Austin and discovered the center of the universe for inconsiderate "door dingers" was indeed my home town Austin. After many an unwarranted "strike," I managed to find the old buisness card for Brian and Pete and via one of my numerous phone books with "yellow" in the titled found Brian on Burnet. I met with Brian one early morn to reintroduce myself and get a quote on my Suburban. He told me Pete was "mobile" and he was fixed in place. He fixed about seven minor dents and one major problem and the car was again absolutely perfect. A few weeks later, I took the wifes Lexus to Brian for the same sort of damage to include a dent in the passenger side front pillar (an impossible place to fix). None the less, Brian performed his magic and the car was again perfect. The Lexus visit was the week before Brian passed away (I'm betting it happened while he was playing basketball). In any event, I am sure Pete carries on the absolute perfection I enjoyed working with Brian - in fact Brian told me Pete's work was superb - and I am going to test his ability this week. Dent Busters Austin is probably one of the least recognized but very best repair facilities in Austin. If you dread having hammers, bondo and mismatched paint used on your huge mobile investment, give Dent Busters Austin a try. You won't be disappointed.
