Dr. Ferguson (or Dr. Bob as most of his clients call him) has been my dentist for 15 years and has served my family since I was in grade school. I am always hesitant to go to someone else and one of the first things I think about when I have to move Austin is, "How will I find a dentist that comes close to him?" He is so personable, professional and my family gets a Christmas card from him and his employees every year. They really do go the extra mile to take care of their patients. I LOVE his new office! It is a very pleasant place to be, especially with the anxiety of seeing the dentist. Dr. Bob has been my favorite dentist, bar none.

When I first moved to Austin in 1999 I asked people for references on dentists. I was lucky enough to have someone recommend Dr. Ferguson to me. I've since moved all over town, but will continue to drive to see him.

His staff is SO nice, they take extra time to really talk to me before getting started (calms the nerves).

They have a lot of higher end technology in their new office space that is REALLY great! I had never seen anything like it before and the staff is all very helpful and informative if I have any questions about what I am seeing or what they are taking notes on.

Dr. Ferguson himself is just a great guy. So personable and very caring. He explains everything that is being done, what specifically he's looking for, exactly what he sees. It's great! I never leave his office wondering what state my teeth are in... I'm 100% informed!

The office is immaculate and the new building is VERY nice with lots of parking.

I was treated great here, and I have been a client since I was a child. I made the mistake of going to another dentist who was under my insurance, and then I quickly learned that was a bad idea. After that dentist goofed, I went back to Doctor Ferguson to have him fix my unnecessary filling, etc. He was very nice and took care of me immediately. I dreaded going back to the dentist, but he took great care of me and now I don't mind going at all! I HIGHLY recommend this doctor.

A level of professionalism and expertise is found in this office that we've never experienced with any other dentist/orthodontist in Austin. Dr. Ferguson and his staff take a very personal and caring approach with all their patients and the dental care our family has received over the years has been, without question, the best available anywhere. Dr Ferguson is a perfectionist and very thorough in his work as is his hygienist staff. Even the administrators/office staff in this office bend over backwards to assist with your appts and insurance/payment needs. Definitely the dental care of choice for the whole family!
