This place is SHADY
Do not ever ever ever purchase a car from these people. I bought a car there which initally had no stereo in it. When I purchased the car, they agreed in writing to install a stereo for me. It took about 2 months for them to install the stereo. After this, one month I was short $50 on my car payment. A couple of months later, I realized this mistake, and called to speak with the finance manager (or who I thought was) who told me that I could add the past due balance into my next payment. Imagine my surprise when my car was repo-d out of the parking lot at my office; when I confronted them about it, they said I was 3 months past due (although I had receipts to the contrary), and would have to pay 2 months of payments plus a repossession fee to get the car back from them. I decided it wasn't worth it as I did not feel they were on the up and up, and let them keep the car. When I went to get my belongings out of the car (including a brand new stereo that was a gift from my boyfriend) I was handed a bag with a CD and the stereo box and nothing else. I was livid, but they said that was all that was in the car; when I asked about the paperwork which was in my glove box (which included their contract) I was told nothing was there. I was also told that since the brand new stereo was installed in the car it was now part of the car and I could not have it back, even though I had THEIR crappy stereo to put back in it. The owner, who is a horror of a human, then came storming out and told me they shredded the papers in my glove box. When I asked him, well were they there or did you shred them, he said it was none of my business. These people are rude, dishonest, and just want to con people out of money who have poor credit and so limited options. Please do not do any business with them!!

owner lacks integrity
I bought a car and when when I discovered it had the wrong spare I was told by the owner, Mark that "we don't do tires". When I asked what that meant he said I would have to go buy a new spare. He was rude and dismissive. I had a flat and got stranded. I would not recommend because they are not going to fix a problem that you have.

The office staff are friendly but they have to work for the guy.

A saying comes to mind when I think about this
A saying comes to mind when I think about this dealership….”If you want lemonade then you can get the lemons from here”! I purchased a car from these “people” and was told that they just got the car in and had not had time to look through it, if I bought it and drove it for a week then they would repair whatever problem they missed as well as the current issues that they had already promised to fix. After a week of driving the car my check engine light came on they said they would repair the problem along with the other items that needed to be replaced. On the way to dealership I almost got hit on the freeway and found out when I went to honk the horn that, that wouldn’t even work. They again said they would fix it. After having my vehicle for approximately 3 and a half weeks, in which time they gave me a loaner car that had no working radio, the alignment was off horribly and that broke down on me twice on my way to work. They refused me another loaner car and called me a week later to tell me that my car was fixed and ready for me to pick. I went to retrieve my car and found that they had replaced nothing except for the cracked windshield that they replaced with one that had a chip in the middle of it. When confronted with the lack of items that weren’t fixed they proceeded to tell me “We didn’t even have to fix anything because you bought the car as is” I stated that they didn’t even fix my horn! That they sold me a vehicle without a working horn and that was illegal! They proceeded to tell me that they did fix my horn and then showed me what they had done…..to my dismay they had drilled holes in my dash and installed a large black button that made a “honking” noise! I proceeded to tell them that it was unacceptable what they had done and they needed to turn back and fix my car! They then threatened to call the police if I continued to make a scene and that they were not responsible for anything! I then took the car home feeling completely betrayed, belittled, humiliated, ashamed and astonished that this had actually happened to me. I felt completely ignorant and that I had nowhere to turn. A few weeks later my car was in and out of the shop as well as one day my car broke down right as I got off work. I had ended up paying over 3000 dollars in mechanical work. I now have the car in the shop because it broke down on me again! The repairs now are costing just under 4000 dollars and that’s just to get my car running again! So basically I am still paying a monthly payment on a vehicle that is being held at a mechanics until I have the money to fix it. If you want reliable transportation and an honest dealer, then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! They don’t care about who they rip off and refuse to meet me halfway in order to get it fixed. The owner and the people that work for him are crooks and care for no one but themselves!!!!!!!!! Please pass the word and NEVER under any circumstances purchase anything from this dealership!
