Great Customer Service and Great Prices

We went to the North store and looked around very big selection. Then we looked at the Round Rock store as well great selection but better price for the oven we were looking for. We are very impressed with the stores. Thank you!

This place is a nightmare to deal with.

Bad customer service. Late delivery. Problems with appliances. I could go on. But to top it all off, I discovered that I could have bought the same refrigerator at Costco for cheaper!!! Couldn't believe it!!! I thought I would be saving a lot of money by buying a scratch and dent item. But several other stores including Costco had the same BRAND NEW refrigerator for cheaper!! Unbelievable! I price checked some of there other appliances with other retail stores like Fry's and Best Buy, and many other items although it was considered "scratch and dent" were price higher!! I would strongly recommend not shopping here. It's almost like a scam.

Wonderful deal on a double oven
I looked for a double oven for a year and knew I only had around 1500 or 1600 to spend. With that tight of a budget, I could only find a basic model without convection. I saw the Discount Ad on TV and my husband called them the next day. He gave them the model number from the store with the lowest price I could find. They did not have that model number but asked him what we were lookng for. He told them stainless double oven, preferable convection in at least one oven and what our price range was. The salesman told him he had the latest model Kitchenaid with double convection, roll out racks and gorgeous blue interior with large glass doors for 1650. The next day I went to see it and it was what he said. I called the other store back with my first quote and they told me if I could get that model for 1650 I better grab it. It would cost them over 2000 to get it in their store and then it would be marked up. It retailed for over 3500 dollars. There was nothing scratched that showed on the front and I took it home in my truck that afternoon. I absolutely love that oven and it was fabulous for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thanks Giant. Now my daughter needs a dishwasher and I will come and see you. Sonii N.

Great prices and service
I recently purchased a LG stove from the Lamar location. I found the store clean and the employees helpful and knowledgeable. They had lots of options to choose from in, a wide range of prices. Most of the time, I could not find the scratch or the dent. The stove I purchased was listed at another store for $500 more than the price I paid at Giant! They delivered and installed the stove just a couple of days later. The delivery driver was polite and on time. Thanks for a great experience, Giant.

Not necessarily a better deal than the chain stores ...
I was specifically looking for a replacement fridge and went to the store on Lamar. I did not see any old models and at first glance, all of the fridges looked new (shipping tape on the inside, anti-mar plastic, etc.). However, the prices were higher than what I could get in a chain store! I've been to Fry's, Best Buy, Home Depot today (just before) and the going price for an 18 cu ft fridge without bells and whistles seems to be around $400 and for a 21 cu ft to be around $500. IIRC, I saw several 18 cu ft top-freezer/bottom fridge split units here for $500. Many of the fridges had "Price at Store X" prices that were way marked up to make their prices look better. Maybe this would work for you if you want immediate pickup though. Most stores ship from a warehouse, which takes a few days. I imagine that you can just pickup one here and now and be done with it.
