Compassionate and caring
I love doctors who act like they actually care about you and want to make you feel better. This is a practice where personalized service is a priority. Cannot recommend enough if you have an ENT problem.

200+ to look up nose? Terrible billing and customer service!
‎ Does your doctor charge you $200 to look in your ear on top of his exam price? Of course not. Then why should I be billed an additional $200 to have a doctor look up my nose? I will tell you why...because they coded it as a surgery and refuse to see the error in that (I have EOB to prove this). They should have warned me before looking in my nose that they were going to charge $200 for it. I thought it was part of the examine just as looking in the throat or taking a temperature is. Does putting a thermometer in my mouth also constitute a surgery? Anyway by calling it a surgery the insurance refused to pay it. I tried clearing it up with my insurance since it was a diagnostic exam NOT a surgery but they wont pay unless the billing department recodes it or something. I am deathly allergic to anesthesics so believe me if this had been an actual surgery I would know. The billing department still cannot seem to get it right. You people all need to look up the definition of a surgery....looking up my nose with an endoscope is not surgery...endoscopic examine not an endoscopic surgery. Nothing was opened, no anesthesia was applied, and it was not to treat any condition. He did not even drop my chair back for it. It should not have been coded as a surgery but rather a routine diagnostic exam, just as an xray would be. I dont know if they are doing this on purpose to get more money out of me or the insurance company or just lack common sense. Its really too bad because the doctor seems very nice and thorough and helped me a great deal. Unfortunately now I cannot go back because this just seems shady.
