Do not come here. To be honest, if I could rate this place lower than a 1 star I would. It'd be generous for them to even get a quarter star rating. My Geico insurance agent referred me to these people. All was good until I decided to come pick up my car. My agent called me and told me the car was ready for pickup so I called Heritage to make sure. They told me my car was being washed and it would be ready at the end of the day. I thought my insurance agent heard wrong so I waited. I called at 12, which was when my insurance agent called me and told me the car was ready and they told me the car will be ready at 5 (since when does it take 5 hours for someone to detail/wash a car???) The repair work was alright, but they left what looked like either buffer smudges or paint smudges on various areas of my car. Sure, I can overlook that. What I cannot overlook is the fact that, there was a huge piece of paint missing from an area that the guys shouldn't have even been touching for repairs. I had to wait the extra weekend for them to solve the problem and on top of that, they had to repaint my entire car and detail it again. My car was in the shop for a week and a half for body work that was supposed to be estimated at 5 days.
