Disappointed at First and then Redeemed
I had a terrible experience with Hill Country Landscape. The plants they "installed" for me were TINY....by anyone's standards. And several have died since they were planted. Despite having the designer come out and look at the dead plants, they continue to brush me off and say "there is still plenty of growing time left this spring". And they are doing everything they can to avoid replacing the plants for me. Furthermore, on the day of installation, they showed up with a different color of shrimp plant than I had requested. When I asked if I could get the correct color, they again tried to ignore my request and basically MADE me accept the wrong color.

AT LAST - 2 weeks later, I went into the nursery to pick up replacement plants that had died. At that time, I was finally offered full replacements on plants that had died or not survived the hail storm and high winds (exacerbated by the fact that they were so small...) And I was offered bargains on additional plants. I am thankful that Hill Country came around and did the right thing.
