Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty. When I arrived to pick up part (after 4 weeks of waiting and no shower), I was told I had to pay for the part and I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself to get money back. I called the owner an a***ole and he proceeded to pick up the part and walked to the back and said I couldn't have it. I would never in a million years recommend Nob Hill to anyone. DO NOT go to this store.

a friend referred me to these guys, and I am happy with them. I have used them twice. Both times they were fast and presented me with good, better, best options, which i loved.

I am a general contractor and have used Jack's Plumbing on more than one occasion. I was very happy with the service, before and after the service call. Joe followed up with my customer the next day to make sure she did not have any questions or concerns with her new tankless water heater. It makes it easy when you don't have to "babysit" your subs! We called Jack's Plumbing with a real emergency and Joe showed up so quickly and had our problem solved before we knew it! I could not have asked for better customer service or prices... I was shocked when I got our bill that everything was so reasonable! I will definitely be using Jack's Plumbing again and I am recommending to all of my friends!
