Stay Away From These Old Bats!
Agent Karen Johnson and her crew of post-menopausal fundamentalist heifers are by far the most shockingly unprofessional insurance people with whom I have ever dealt.

There are many good SF agents in the West/Northwest Austin area--any one of them is worth the extra drive.

Again, stay away. The Congress Avenue Bridge is not the only place in town full of bats.
