Damaged my vehicle and still made me pay
I brought my car in to get the brakes inspected. The tech was very friendly and helpful, and the customer waiting area is great. After being told it would take over 2 hours for the job, I decided to get lunch and come back. I was told I would be given a call when my car was ready.
2 hours pass by and I did not receive a call. When I called to check in I was told my car was going through the wash and would be ready in about 10-15 minutes.
I return back to find my car parked inside with damage to the rear end. My bumper must be completely replaced along with my tail light that has been shattered. The manger met me outside, apologized, and said they would fix it and cover those costs.
I am now without a car and have had to rearrange my work schedule so that I can (hopefully) pick up a loaner vehicle until my car is out of the body shop. Even after negligence on their end, I still had to pay the bill for the brakes. I questioned the manager about this as to me this is absolute poor customer service, and was told "they still did their job and spent time working on the brakes". What about me, the customer, being without a vehicle and also now having to miss work because of their negligence?
I would have recommended this business and even possibly gone back if they would have either comped the charges for services or even provided a substantial discount.
I highly do NOT recommend this business as management does not provide the customer service their company states they will "exceed your expectations.. Ensure you are completely satisfied". So this means it's okay to damage my vehicle and still make me pay for the negligent services provided??
