The vet explained all options to me, in a clear concise manner. They told me what to expect in the coming weeks.

I've been a client of Manchaca Village Vet Clinic for about 5 years and have always received great care for my pets. Dr. Smith is very thorough and takes the time to answer all my questions. The technicians and office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recently move to North Austin but continue to take my pets to them. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. You can request appointments by email and I find that very convenient. I've always found their prices to be reasonable. I did use the Care Credit payment option one time when my pet needed a major surgery which allowed me to pay the bill out over several months.

The care at Manchaca Village Vet is outstanding. You can tell that the doctors and staff really do care about animals, and they love what they do.

They helped me make the difficult decision to say good-bye to my beloved baby, Raggs. They were so understanding and gentle with my frail old man, who could no longer make it on his long walks or room to room due to his bad hips.

I have been a long time client of Manchaca Village Vet Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary services. I first went to their clinic to get a second opinion about my cat. The previous Vet had given her 2 weeks to live and said that further care was futile. The Doctor at Manchaca Village Vet Clinic prescribed a course of treatment that effectively cured the cat and she ived an additional 6 years. The Doctors and staff have always taken the time to explain treatment options and costs and to answer any questions. I 'm not sure what precipitated the previous comment but, I have always found the office staff to be very friendly and professional.

This clinic is in dire need of a new staff. I made my fourth and final visit to this clinic. The staff is very rude and uninformed. Each time I have an appointment the wait has been excessive, at least 45 minutes. The staff also changes frequently. I view this high rate of turn over to be a major weakness and a sign of trouble. I will not be back.
