Incompetence without Integrity.

This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with an automotive service 'professional', a term I use quite loosely on this occasion. After taking our vehicle to have the front shocks replaced it was returned to us in what the shock manufacturer stated was a "very unsafe" condition that should not have been driven. The shocks were VERY OBVIOUSLY installed incorrectly as any idiot (unless, of course, the idiot was an employee of this jip joint) could tell since the truck was now jacked up a good 3 inches in the front only. After keeping the truck for an extra day it was returned to us in this very obviously wrong condition.

They were corrected by the manufacturer, corrected by myself, and still had to be argued into doing what was only the right thing. That and the obvious shill voters on here popping up all around the same time frame giving GLOWING reviews (which is very obvious, guys) just shows how dishonest they are as a business. Avoid or you will regret it.

I have been going to McSpadden's for about 3 years and have never had a problem. They are honest, friendly and willing to take the time to explain how things work. If they aren't too busy, they will even take you back in the shop and show you the details of what they fixed.

Most importantly, on several occasions, they have had the chance to overcharge me and didn't. Once, my Honda CRV broke down driving to town and I took it to Howdy Honda to get fixed. Honda told me that the head gasket was blown and gave me a repair estimate in the thousands. They also pushed real hard for me to trade in the car for almost nothing and buy a new one. I was skeptical, so I took it to McSpaddens and they showed me that all that happened was that a nail on the road flew into my radiator and caused me to over heat. They replaced the radiator and the problem was fixed.

I've had a few similar situations where other shops gave me pricey repair estimates and McSpaddens showed me that the other shops were not really fixing the real problem. They are very knowledgeable and seem very honest.

FYI: The parts they use are from the dealer, so they may not be the cheapest, but they do it right so you don't have to have it done again

Every time I have taken my vehicle in they have always been honest about problems and has done the work in a timely fashion. Brandon provides great customer service which has made us a repeat customer.

They inspected my car. They were very fast. It need a minor repair. They reinspected - again really fast. Nice people.

As a woman having to go into an auto repair shop I think we all feel a little somewhat intimidated. These guys were very nice and went out of there way to accomodate me. Also they did the work really fast and that was it... I was on my way. They did a very good job! I will definitly be going back because of the excellent service and my car is 10 years old!
