Your dog will thank you!
My name is Ginsburg, and I'm a puppy. I love going to see Dr. Mouser at NAAH. The techs are always gentle with me, and everybody gives me treats! Dr. Mouser makes me feel better when I'm sick, and does his best to make sure I don't get sick in the first place. I didn't even mind it when I had to stay overnight for pneumonia treatment. I've heard my master say they aren't too expensive, but I'm a dog and don't know what that means. If you go to NAAH, tell everyone there that Ginsburg says 'Hi!'.

My recent visit
Citing other vets in the area, this hospital has prices that fit my budget. I found all staff alert, friendly and helpful. Yes, possibly others have found employment turnover distracting but it's true in other offices as well. I have no problem returning to this office to serve my veterinary needs.

Too many changes too fast
This place has more staff changes than I can count. I noticed there are no longer the names of the vets up on the building *(they used to keep them up there and occasionally change them to add a new addition) but I guess even the veterinarians change all the time now as well as support staff.

The people up front are ok but not always consistent. The amount of upselling her is INSANE and I get the impression it's all dollar signs in their eyes when we walk in. It's hard enough to find a good vet but then when we did, she left. The other one there we liked (saw once when our regular was out that day) and SHE was gone without word as well. What on earth is going on? I have never seen this happen at any vet much less even a restaurant I frequented. I wish I was kidding. Their food prices are always going up too so we go elsewhere. We're running while we can. Oh- and I noted they closed earlyt according to 2 reviewers. Well, they also don;t answer the phone right before closing too. I know because I tried for 10 minutes calling to ask how my (high strung) puppy was doing in boarding when I was out of town on business. I was so angry and when I called the next day to complain and left a message no one called me back! Terrible place.

Great Visit! by Mary H. at InsiderPages
I took my 17 year old cat there the other day and saw the new vet Dr. Mouser. From the minute I walked in the staff was extremely professional. They greeted me by name and called my cat by her name, and I was new there! Dr. Mouser was great and instead of throwing a bunch of medications at her, he discussed doing acupuncture and conservative treatment. Overall Great experience.

Changed a lot by Ben C. at InsiderPages
It seems like whenever I call someone new answers the phone. Turnover is always a red flag to me but then I found my vet is no longer there. We saw her only a month ago.
I was upset because my fiance's dog is high maintenance and seemed to be comfortable with this vet but anyway.. I think we need a place that has more consistency all around. We order food from them but will stop that soon too as prices keep getting higher (we found a better deal too).

They closed a few minutes early too and we had to wait up front and knock on the door to pick up the dog from boarding. It seemed like they weren't going to answer but we saw their cars in the lot so just waited. Awkward and a bit of a hassle. Not a good fit for us.
