I have been using Pampered Auto Care for couple years now and have been very happy with the service and with the staff at the shop. It is rare these days when you can say that you trust a service provider to do the right thing. You can trust that Pampered will do the right thing. They are honest and knowledgable and won't rope you into unnecessary repairs.

I think it's important for every car owner to have a reliable, trustworthy mechanic that will not only fix your car correctly, but be fair about cost. Look no further than Pampered Auto Care for good, honest customer service. I first went there two years ago to replace my brakes and I have gone back for every car repair since.

There is a standard of respect for the customer at Pampered, and even a concern for the customer's well-being. They will always explain to you what's wrong with your car. They will charge you fairly. If you don't really need the repair, they'll tell you so instead of just taking your money. I've also seen them tell a customer when a different mechanic had messed up their car, in case they wanted to try and take it up with them first, before paying Pampered to fix the other mechanic's mistake.

The last time I went in, I was alerted by a check engine light and I thought there was something wrong with my transmission. Even though they were totally booked that day, they took ten minutes to read the code, show me what was wrong with the engine and explain my options. It was kind of them to take the time to deal with me, and smart too, because I made an appointment for the following weekend to have it repaired.

I have never met a better mechanic in my life. They know at Pampered Auto Care that if you care about your customers, that they will come back to you.

I have to admit that for a long time I didn’t have such a good experience in automotive business. Guys were awesome, helped me promptly, even gave me a ride home so that I can leave my BMW in the shop and not wait on it.
Besides, there are two other things that I liked:
1. Price – I was 40% less quoted than on the dealership, and 20% less than the another shop I checked in the Cedar Park for the exact same work!
2. Detailed explanation – Pampered tech explained to me in the depth why problem happened, what could be done to avoid it in the future, and how he fixed.
Definitely I do recommend Pampered Auto Care, and I will be back to this shop!

Today was my lucky day!!!!!! Friend of my recommended to me Pampered Auto Care, and I’m so happy that I listened! I have Mercedes Benz 2005, and it is in great shape, but I keep hearing some noise and decided to go to check with mechanics. I first went to the Mercedes Benz Georgetown and they start quoting me with all kind of “necessary” repairs. I didn’t understand not even a word what they were stating, I’m not into cars, but I didn’t need to understand that mechanical terminology, what I understood was a repair estimate - $1400 – yes, you are reading right one thousand four hundred dollars! That sounded too much to me, so I went home to think about it – I’m so glad that I did! I took my friend’s advice, and went to see Pampered mechanic. They looked at my car, told me what was wrong, ordered part, fixed, and everything was done in 40 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the most important part – the invoice stated $385!!!!!!!!!!!!! You do the math to see how much I saved! Not even mentioning that my car is driving smooth and quiet. Thank you Pampered Auto Care you got another customer!
