I called them early in the morning as I saw there was a sale and I had already placed my order prior to the sale. The guy who picked up the phone at 8am two hour's before they open took care of everything. He was awesome. I am always amazed when customer service is good because you don't get it that often. This store is one that takes styles from the past and makes them new, but that is not the best part. The best part, is walking into this store and seeing something you remember from your childhood or something that your parents or grandparents have talked about.

The sure joy of finding something that you were so fond of as a child is priceless. I thoroughly enjoy taking people of all ages to this store to see their reactions to the items in the store.
