If you want great service get a Lexus.
They lost my keys and remote and mistakes and they took a lot of my time. It's been two weeks and I still don't have my remote. I had to call the GM and report my service rep, Mitch, and that still didn't help much. Maybe I'm just impatatient? I called this morning and it's almost 3pm now.
When I had a Lexus this never would have happened, but that was in Houston, and maybe all the high=end car dealers in Austin bumble? In their defense, the other service reps seemed very competent, so I might give this dealership a second chance with a new service rep.
