I am a long-time regular customer of Verbena but after today will never go back. I went by the shop to order a bouquet to be delivered to a sick friend tomorrow and was told they were too busy to take my order and might be able to get the arrangement out on Monday--since today is Thursday I thought that was a long time to wait for something so simple. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened there, and so I must conclude they don't want my business, which is a good thing because I will never use them again.

I was recently married and used Verbena for my wedding flowers. They went above and beyond to make the planning process as easy as possible for me. We had a few meetings and I worked with the same designer each time. They always called or emailed to check up and make sure everything was on track. On my wedding day, the flowers were PERFECT!!! Words cannot express how impressed and stunned I was with their beauty. They were professional, on time, and really cared about how not only the flowers turned out, but the entire day as well. They worked to help other vendors complete tasks that otherwise wouldn't have been completed in time for the reception without anyone even asking. My wedding planner says they are the best in the business and I am so happy that I decided to use them. They may be a small operation, but they have amazing knowledge and great employees.

I really enjoyed the experience of working with the girls at Verbena to plan my best friend's birthday party. The flowers were exactly as we had discussed and they lasted all week even after being out in the heat during the party. I did get other quotes from different florists and Verbena had a very fair price. They included delivery and even let us return the containers after the flowers died instead of having to purchase them. Two thumbs up for the quality and customer service from this sweet local shop!

I am looking at the most amazing flower arrangement I have ever recieved in my life. I got it last Saturday from my husband for Mother's Day. They are still fresh and lovely. The colors are vibrant and the container is beautiful. I really love the style. My husband said they made it really easy for him to place the order too. I will use them for all my flowers from now on!

I had to shop around for a florist for my wedding and Verbena was recommened to me by a friend. They called me back after sending an email within 24 hours. Every other florist I called it took over 4 days just to make an appointment. That was the first sign I wanted to use Verbena.
Then I got on city search and saw a review from a bride that said she ordered all white flowers for her wedding and got only pink flowers. That made me really nervous. When I went in for my appointment I asked the designer about it. She showed me pictures from the actual wedding. I couldn't believe it, the flowers were pure white! I was so happy that she had some photos. I use this site often and I think it's important that people know to take each review with a grain of salt. I was relieved to be able to make my own judgement and see that the other review was really overly negative and exagerated.
Well, I am so happy that I booked them. I got my estimate within a few days and they were UNDER my budget. I looked through all their photos and got some great ideas. The designer worked with me and really helped me with colors and style. They have such a great shop and sense of style. I knew I was in good hands.
I actually had a few guests send me notes thanking me for inviting them to our wedding and they all mentioned how the flowers made the ceremony and reception come alive! I never thought that my guests would be sending me thank you notes! My bouquet was simply breathtaking and I can't wait to get the photos back! I think they are the best florist in Austin by far. I am using them for all my flower orders and recommending them to all my friends. Give them a chance and you will be really pleased you did!
