I met with the consultant Lindsay for laser resurfacing treatments. She was very informative, friendly, and didnt rush me. I ended up having Fraxel Restore with Dr. Nik (the owner of the practice) and I finally felt like I have found a doctor who really listens to me. The staff is super friendly, and its always a plus to be offered Topo Chico mineral water! I would recommend to everyone. 5 stars

Excellent service and quality. Dr. Craven is very personable and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The assistants were very efficient and friendly as was the reception staff. Would recommend this office for anyone.

I would like to rate Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery five stars! I am not rating it only because they have absolutely amazing facials, but because they have amazing staff members. Every time I come to Westlake Dermatology I have a fun time. I have been seeing Emily Rodrigues every six weeks, and I am in seventh grade, so every time I come back to school I do not feel like I have to hide something like a clogged pore on my face because Emily tells me what creams and washes I have to use. Not once has one of her recommendations failed or caused any harm. In fact my whole family gets their facials done with Westlake Dermatology. I would like to let everyone that is reading these reviews know that Westlake Dermotology and Cosmetic Surgery is the place to go!

I used Dr. Nikolaidis for a smart lipo procedure about 8 months ago. I got absolutely no results from it and I have two indentations on my inner thighs that look like hollow spots. I called the office, and they told me most results take about 6 months to be noticeable. This surgery was a scam and I paid 6000.00. Rude Service from the front desk girls and no results from the surgery itself. I really want my money back or a real result but do not want to deal with such rude people.

Not only did they take forever to get me into my appointment, they herded me in like the rest of the cattle. A medical assistant came in and numbed my face prior to my Botox treatment. She was really nice but seemed distracted. 10 minutes later another person stepped into the room and tried to do my Botox without my knowledge. She stated that the Doc was busy! How rude! I was in a rush so I let her do it, too bad I wasn't numb in some areas.
