"Poor Service, Bad Wash‎"The automatic wash is a waste of money. They have person there occasionally who half heartedly brushes the sides of your car with dirty water which just leaves streaks and the dryer won't turn on unless you pay for the premium wash. "Not the best car wash"I've tried this twice now (for my BMW) - primarily because its in my neighborhood. I usually get a mid-level ($20) package. For some reason - they do a sloppy job of the interior - I still have to clean the dashboard etc. with a towel at home - because all the dust is visibly present. I've never used the lube - so cannot comment - however the car-wash is just about average for the $20...

"What happened?"The service at H2O used to be awesome, but they did a poor job on my Dodge Ram. There were streaks on the windows and crumbs still on the carpet. So I did what anyone would do, I told the manager (Brodie location). And he really couldn't give a rat's butt about it and told me I could have it rewashed, but I;d have to get back in line. I couldn't wait. Sorry, but I won't return.
