"Completely Disappointed by Kari M. at InsiderPages "I scheduled both air ducts and carpet cleaning. Air duct cleaning is a complete WASTE. In hind sight I should have done my research... my lack of research cost me nearly $900 to have my 2500 sq ft home (only 5 rooms carpeted) cleaned. They showed up over an hour late after I made two phone calls to find out when they would be here. No consideration on their part about my time or needs....

"Been using them for years"Chem-Dry is the only carpet cleaner I will use. Their process is gentle on the carpets (they use a solution that is oxygenated, so the dirt rises to the surface) and dries quickly. Other cleaning processes can result in mildewing in the carpet padding.

I made an appointment to have carpet cleaned and they rescheduled once, then never showed up to the second appointment we arranged. "Professional and Capable"We called this company to assist us with a "time sensitive" cleaning. We had two rooms that were affected from a sick dog. They sent someone out IMMEDIATELY and the service was excellent. Very friendly staff and the technicians were able to remove all stains and leave the room looking and smelling lovely. "Definately Not What I Paid For"I called and set an appointment for a cleaning after I read the reviews on here expecting good service. Instead I recieved poor workmanship and a huge bill! Way more than originally quoted and it wouldn't have been so bad if the carpet looked good after it was dry but the traffic areas still looked a bit dark and dingy looking.
