"Very bad experience - don't know what to do now..."My crown fell off and I put it on a temporary cement. On my visit to Dr. Sefcik's office I told I want to glue the crown back properly. The assistant took metal pliers and grabbed my crown trying to take it off. She also damaged my gum real bad but this at least healed in 3 days. When Dr. Sefcik came in she told not to use metal pliers for a porcelain crown. So she didn't take the crown off...
