"Good every time!"Jack Brown's service is the best. Clean pressed shirts, they even did an emgerency steam for my dress the day I had to wear it for my brother's wedding. They are simply wonderful, friendly and good service. Probably Austin's best.

"Terrible customer service & EXPENSIVE alterations!"Don't go here. I went in to pick up my alterations today and they wouldn't honor my coupon b/c I didn't have it with me the day I dropped off my pants. The lady at the counter was terrible. Their alterations are EXPENSIVE! Go to K&G Superstores! They do great alterations for 60% of the cost of Jack Brown. Also, their wait time is only 2 days instead of the week I had to wait at Jack...

"Spectacular! Best Dry Cleaner In Austin. "Amazing! I have lived all over the US and this is by far the best dry cleaner I've worked with. I've used them for 10+ years and never been disappointed. "After moving across town"After moving across town I settled on 4 Sons after trying some others. They get the stains out and are always helpful. They us a special "soaking thing" that they explained to me but all I know is it works. Try them. You won't regret it.

"Returned dress dirty....offensive staff"Took several dresses to Guadalupe location be dry cleaned....one dress was was returned with grey streaks down front. When I asked them to rewash it, the employee said that I was lieing...and that the dress 'smelled like food.' I said I was disappointed and would not return. They employee said that she didn't care if she lost me as a customer because I only spent $80 the last time I went in....

"Ruins clothes and refuses responsibility"Lone Star Cleaners laundered and starched a brand new 100% silk shirt, which was clearly labled "dry clean only". Not only would they refuse to accept responsibility for their obvious error, they implied that it was, somehow, my fault. I had been a good customer and had spent thousands of dollars with this company. Clearly, Lone Star Cleaners has no sense of customer loyalty or common...

"Great for the enviornment!"Ecoclean is an amazing dry cleaning! It's the ONLY dry cleaners in Texas that doesn't use perk. There was a period of time in which their service was awful but the past couple of months have redeemed it completely of its prior problems. After switching owners it's apparent that the new owners finally have a rhythm down on how to effectively run ecoclean. It's worth the extra money to help...
