"Great by BARBARA T. at InsiderPages "If you're looking for a great meal in a great atmosphere, this is the place for you. Whether it's fish or great steaks, this place does it well. The staff is friendly and you will have a great night.
"Ripped Off!"Great atmosphere and very good service for below average meals at very high prices. Poor value.
I had a business lunch, happy hour party, and Saturday evening dinner. Service was always good, but poor quality food presented beautifully.

"Best burger in town"If you like Fuddruckers burgers... You'll love this place. There hamburger bun is amazing. Much better than Fuddruckers. The interior is a little rundown but gives it a homey feel. I will have to rate this joint as having the BEST hamburger in town hands down. Reasonable prices too.
"Less Than Great"Like cold, limp french fries, dry meat and limp veggies?

"Great food"I live in the neighborhood and I am confused by some of the negative reviews. I say this because this place is one of 4-5 natural organic places in Austin and we are lucky that it is in our neighborhood. I would expect this place to be more expensive that Waterloo since it is natural and organic. I have come to discover that they are about the same price. May be $.50-$.75 more on similar...
"Organic maybe but not good"We were a party of four adults that live in the neighborhood and were anxious to try the new restaurant on the block. The food may be organic but the recipies are strictly of the fast food style. The pasta was very over cooked almost to the point of being mushy and drowning in sauce. The pizza was not at all like real Italian pizza but something else entirely, more like a soggy cracker...

"Darned good greasy burger!"This review is of the Anderson/IH-35 location.... No pre-cooked burger here, fresh off of the grill. Burger was very tasty but could have used more spices in my opinion. Fries were crisp & fresh, with a little seasoned salt on them. All-in-all, it was a great lunch and I'm all over going back when I'm in the cheeseburger mood! Judging by the line of people waiting to place an order,...
"Not sure where these reviews are coming from."I have not tried the Bulgoki burger, but this is not what these ratings are about. We are talking about a traditional GROUND BEEF hamburger. I have not been to this location, but if the one in Pflugerville is the same. I have to say McDonald's has a better hamburger. It seems like they are trying to emulate fuddrucker's and failing miserably. It was dry burger that tasted like it had a...

"Awesome Burger"Ranked #37 best burger in Texas by Texas Monthly. We tried this place, and have gone back several times! It is always packed, but the lines move very fast because of the well trained staff taking orders. Atmosphere is similar to Rudy's but with a ballpark type twist.
The burger itself was excellent. Natural hand pressed patties are seasoned to perfection, and the bun comes out of a machine...
"Not Waterloo or Huts and not a place to watch a UT game....."For $11.62 I'd have thought I would have gotten more. Yeah the place is clean, but that doesn't mean taste equates. For my $11.62 I got a 1/2 pound burger (half the burger was seasoned the other half wasn't - guess they missed with the seasoned salt), cheese, jalapenos, bacon, lettuce and tomato. I had a choice of mayo, catchup and mustard. I chose the catchup and mustard. Fries were served...

"Think "chicken""While prior reviewers honed in on the burgers, which i agree are average, the real draws to Wally's are the chicken baskets, fried chicken sandwiches, and to a lesser extent the chicken salad. 4 stars for those choices. I really like the shakes, but your mileage may vary.
A recent renovation has definitely overhauled the look, and it is not a "dive," if it ever was.
"Wally's - Not..."I was hoping it would be at least okay, as it's the only burger place in the area. Was very dissapointed. Dairy Queen makes a better burger.

"Best burgers and sports bar in Austin"I love this place! Daddy's has the best burgers in town and the best TVs to watch games by far. This is the place to go on game days or for amazing drink prices all the time. You can't go wrong with Daddy's.

"Reliably good food and service"This restaurant struggled many years ago with short-term managers, worn decor and flooding parking lot. The last couple of years it has had one manager, undergone complete renovation and is up-to-standard for the chain. I would recommend it.

"That's a good burger"Very slow service, especially during a rush. However, as burgers go, it is very impressive. There are a lot of choices/configurations for the burger/fries and a modest toppings bar. I would say it is one of the best burgers I've ever had. The value/price combo can't be beat.

"The nicest staff of all WhatABurger locations"So you know the burger, and the locations can be sketchy. I dont often go for the salty cheeseburgers, but when I do I go out of my way to head to the location at the south part of Austin. Nice folks.

"Great food in a casual atmosphere..."I had lunch here yesterday and was quite pleased. I was with a co-worker and it was her 1st time eating a gyro. She's a pretty picky eater so it was an adventure for her. Me on the other hand--not so much because I love gyros. I LOVED the texture of the meat, the slices of cucumber and and the sauce. The flat bread was fresh, soft and filled with slices of the gyro meat. We both had the...
"Slow service and DISGUSTING food"Gyro Plus is absolutely the worst restaurant I've been to in the 10 years I've lived in Austin. The ambiance inside is terrible. The plastic tablecloths are ragged and torn; the walls and floor are dirty; and the place smells as if they haven't cleaned the fryer in a year. We waited over 20 minutes to get our previously prepared hummus, dolmathes, and lamb, all of which were barely edible. I...
