"Wilted Flowers Delivered"First, of all, I got subpar flowers. When I called to complain, they argued me down that they were fresh. Fresh flowers can still look like bad, and these did. The arrangement was not cohesive, as the flowers did not even "go" together. I've never had anyone argue with me, when I am looking at something "those flowers are yellow" when I (and my coworkers) can see they are clearly orange.

"Will never use them again!"The service I received was completely unacceptable. The flowers that were delivered to me were wilted and some of the stems were broken. When I called to see if they would correct the issue they blamed the issue on me. When I asked to speak to the owner he refused to take my call after 5 attempts. "Overpriced or just clueless"I stopped in to the store for the first time and selected two chocolates to purchase. The guy working the counter took several minutes to appear.
