"Incompetent unreliable customer service"I will do no more business with this company. As part of an insurance claim, I placed an order for replacement linoleum in June 2008. The Salesman (Bill) said the order was placed. Then in September he called saying he had not yet placed the order and maybe needed to change patterns. Finally he ordered the material. He sent his installation crew out without any notice to me so they had to wait...

"Slow and Full of Excuses"While the work may be above average in quaility the owner is slow and has been reported as showing up impaired at the work site. He is constantly missing and not returning phone calls for weeks at a time. It takes months to complete a single project. The poor service does not make up for the above average quaility.
