"Not Ready for Prime Time"Maybe it's because it's newly opened (620 & Anderson Mill), but this Carino's doesn't have it's act together yet. "Disappointing"Disappointing: Our pizza was mediocre at best. We didn't eat but a slice each. My salad had old lettuce and I ate one bite and left the rest. The waiter didn't enquire about it, and took it away without giving me a chance to explain that it was unacceptable. We were anxious to leave anyway.

"Getting Old"Well, it's just getting "stale" as food chains often do. Lost the urge to drop in. Wait staff usually do a good job. Clean establishment but has lost it's trendy edge. Needs up dating and charm.
