"Made my wife come home and cry"Dr. John wouldn't listen, wasn't interested in our story and implied that we didn't love our animals if we didn't agree with their methods, using the worst sort of emotional blackmail. I can't say much about his competence because he just agreed with a previous diagnosis, but I do know that the whole experience was quite disturbing. We won't be back.
