I called and asked to set an appt with dr mcclung...and after dialing the number and calling him I was routed to a call center since he was "too busy to come to the phone" The call center was in canada, and she said they route calls all over the world when answering for businesses and all they do...

"Friendly,professional staff"Often, you can tell how a doctor will treat you by how his staff treats you.Dr Schocket's staff is consistently kind, nurturing, and helpful. "Poor service and bedside manner"I went to Dr. Haro for neck pain, but was extremely disappointed. I could never get through to the receptionist and always had to leave messages and play phone tag with her to make an appointment. The office staff is rather stupid and won't even call in a prescription for you. I always had to wait at least 20 minutes and more likely an hour and sometimes more to see the doctor or the PA....
