DON'T use this company if you do not wish for your property to depreciate. We made the mistake of using them as the property management company to lease our home and they were horrible. "Enforcing the Rules Doesn't Make Them Bad!!!"My family has had a really good experience with this management company. It just seems like the negatives they get are from people who don't do what the Lease says, or they get charged at moveout for not doing what the Checklists said.
We are great tenants and Recar helps us keep a nice home.

"HORRIBLE!!!!"As a business, they have no concept of customer service! They treat you like dirt and beware - they charge you for certain maintenance requests - instead of passing the bill to the owner, they pass it to the tenant! They don't return phone calls, so you have to stay on them if you have an issue.....which mine have STILL not gotten resolved. We were hoping to live here for 2-3 years, but...

"Worst management company ever encountered managing condos"They are the worst real estate company for managing the condominiums in Northwest Austin.
If you file complain against noisy neighbors, they do not listen to you or respond to you. They also do not take action for that. People drink and smoke (while being noisy) in the hallways where there are four entrances to four condos.

"My worst exprience in Austin"If you ever have a doubt, heavens forbid, never call them. They will just ask you to look for the answer in the 10 pages of document they make you sign, even if they can answer it in a minute. The management was very rude, not at all accomodating. Even at the end, they will keep your deposit as hostage and make you do things that you aren't really supposed to do.

Before moving out I paid 200 to repaint the duplex. Then they take out more from my deposit to paint the ceiling??? What the hell is that about. Why would i need the ceiling repainted? These people do everything so you don't get your deposit back! Don't rent from them They are money grubbing hogs.
