"Non-existant customer service"This retailer has no business being in business. And with how they treat people, I cannot believe they are still in business!

"Never go there again"Just go somewhere else, Sew Much More or Joann, You will be more satisfied. At least they won't treat you like a criminal when you are not satisfied with the product. So buy your machine somewhere else.

"service? what service?"They are not very knowledgeable about the product. Only One staff member seems to know anything and she is not there most of the time. Send something for repair? you better just forget about seeing it again for a month or two or THREE!!
