"decent place to leave my stuff"it took me a minute to drive around and find the entrance off the frontage road on ben white...probably because the pic i saw shows it being red/brown colored and its actually blue. either way, i would have liked to have an AC unit but the price they gave me on my size was really cheap (i guess because they don't have the AC ones). so i can't complain too much.

"Great customer service"The storage facilities and trucks were clean and in very good condition. The manager was very helpful in finding me a truck and the truck operated well. I would not hesitate to use them for storage or truck rental.

"Poor Service"I reserved at truck with them and called to go and pick it up, they rented it. This is the third time I have used these guys because they are convenient to my house and every time the service is awful. They act like they are doing you a favor to business. I will never use them again. There are too many small business that will value your business more.

"Worst Storage in Austin"Don't ever use this storage facility. The managers are rude and uncooperative. The storage unit double leased my storage unit and then when I was not able to store my possessions in the unit that I had paid for they refused to give a refund for the time period that I had paid for.

"Lockaway Storage Austin"I have now rented 2 units from these people. I searched all over town and most places I went did not have the size units I needed. The prices are great, they are really friendly and they have security cameras all over the place. I would highly recommend this place.

"Dont use this business"My Boat got stolen here. In my opinion I would not use this business for storage purposes.You store at your own risk and How my boat got out the gate and vanished forever is beyond me. I wouldnt store here if I were you..

"Avoid!"Broke a value marble furniture top and refused to pay for reasonable repair or replacement. Also did not move everything that was contracted for and would not give refund. Promised 4 movers for job but only 3 showed up. If you use these people, GET ANYTHING THAT IS VERBALLY PROMISED TO YOU IN WRITING! Don't let their overly polite "Yes Ma'am" or "Sir" fool you. "Slow Service, Good Selection"Tons of trucks and equipment. Good selection and prices but their customer service sucks. Don't try calling because you will find yourself on hold for over 15-30 miutes. Most of the employess were extremely rude.
