"Buyer Beware!"I called Kiwi to clean my soiled mattress (pet stains). The technician tied my mattress down in the bed of his small truck and drove it to their facility.
A week later, my "clean" mattress was returned in the back of the same little truck. I was charged $200, and they had driven my mattress back, UNCOVERED, from N. Austin to Kyle. It had been rained on and a bird had defecated on it....
