"EXCELLENT in every way"Carpets have not looked this good since they were first installed.
They reconfirm the appointment and arrive promptly.
But the real selling point is that they will return as often as you need them for a year following the initial visit at a cost of about $40! Really.
Additionally, they are constantly sending coupons via e-mail. My last visit cost me $31! Extraordinary.

"Buyer Beware!"I called Kiwi to clean my soiled mattress (pet stains). The technician tied my mattress down in the bed of his small truck and drove it to their facility.
A week later, my "clean" mattress was returned in the back of the same little truck. I was charged $200, and they had driven my mattress back, UNCOVERED, from N. Austin to Kyle. It had been rained on and a bird had defecated on it....

"Fresh and Clean!"I called the Steam Team when I saw their offer on "groupon" and got 3 rooms steamed cleaned & treated for $69.00. What a deal! Even though we have a home carpet shampooer, I knew they would do a better job by far and I was NOT disappointed. Matt was on time, very polite & efficient and I will call him back when needed.

"Not satisfied"Needed to clean some old carpet stains. They are easy to schedule, on-time, nice guys but at the end did not get the stains out at all. Only had the steam rake and some spray to work with and it did not get the job done. They don't stand by their unconditional guaranty - "If at any time you are not completely satisfied, we will do whatever it takes to rectify the problem." - not for me.

"Completely Disappointed by Kari M. at InsiderPages "I scheduled both air ducts and carpet cleaning. Air duct cleaning is a complete WASTE. In hind sight I should have done my research... my lack of research cost me nearly $900 to have my 2500 sq ft home (only 5 rooms carpeted) cleaned.
