"Ok storage place"The storage units are pretty. I have a 10x30 unit & a 5x10 unit. My unit leaked a little at the door, but everything else was ok. The employees are friendly & you can request 24 hour entry for the 1st few days if you need it. Free truck rental also when you sign-up, 1st 25 miles free, then like $0.69 per mile after that.

this. I gave him a hard time like I was going to be a
difficult customer to please but he did his best to
make me feel confident...

"Rude Owner, Poor Service"The past 2 times I attempted to board my dog at Bed & Biscuit the owner was on the phone. The first time, I had to wait OVER 30 MINUTES while she ordered dog food. The second time, after waiting 20 minutes my dog started crying and the owner told me to be quiet because she was on the phone!! If they treat humans this badly, how do they treat dogs?

That u-haul has to be the best in austin now just because the fact they have a great worker there named kelvin. I always see 3 other workers there but they never do crap. He grabs propane, trucks and he still finds time to run the front. Best worker alive.

"Lockaway Storage Austin"I have now rented 2 units from these people. I searched all over town and most places I went did not have the size units I needed. The prices are great, they are really friendly and they have security cameras all over the place. I would highly recommend this place.

"Dont use this business"My Boat got stolen here. In my opinion I would not use this business for storage purposes.You store at your own risk and How my boat got out the gate and vanished forever is beyond me. I wouldnt store here if I were you..

"Slow Service, Good Selection"Tons of trucks and equipment. Good selection and prices but their customer service sucks. Don't try calling because you will find yourself on hold for over 15-30 miutes. Most of the employess were extremely rude.
