"They can't get it right"This office is an excellent example of not having a clue. My family has been trying to resolve a contact lens issue since February. three times we have asked for samples and three times we have received the same exact pair. Hardly seems worth the effort if they cannot read past notes and history of what's transpired with their patients. They forget they were contracted to perfrom a service...

He provides a comprehensive exam and is very concerned about his patients' health and welfare. He is very easy to talk to and truly listens to you concerns. "User review by exlnghrn"A poor contact lens fitting led to a visit to an opthamologist (a PHYSICIAN). Dr. Burstyn never recognized the problem which caused poor vision and uncomfortable contact lenses. Skip the middleman and go to a physician to ensure your eye health.

"Two screw ups on two pairs of glasses"You are nothing but a revenue stream ($$$) to these people. Communication with the staff is non existant. Learn the optician lingo before you order anything. They will not explain anything to you but how much you owe them. Both of my orders had to be returned to be corrected and never ONCE did anyone say that they were sorry for the screw up. They will push you to take a photo of your eyeballs...
