"If you go stay away from Vicky!"I was there to have a European 1 hour facial. Since I am from Europe, I can tell it did not feel like a European facial. She forgot or ignored everything that she would have needed to do. Just like when you order a stake and you get a fish instead in an expensive restaurant. I hated it! "Not that great"I went to Erica at the Circle C location. I asked her to cut a one-half of an inch and she took about three to four. I was trying to grow my hair out so I was quite disappointed. I know it's sometimes standard for stylists to do this, but it's still very frustrating. I think they should listen to what the customer wants, and not just do their own thing.

"Don't bother"This salon has all of the attitude and none of the talent. It is overpriced, and offers no better haircut than another stylist I went to who charged $15 less. I have been there several times, and every time I encountered someone who seemed just a little bit annoyed that they had to do their job.

"Awful!"I made an appointment with one of their newer staff members, who was available at a lower rate. Salon 505 called me one hour before my afternoon appointment to tell me that my stylist wasn't available, but I could wait three days and visit someone who was 2x the price. Salon 505's service BITES!
