This is my favorite auto mechanic. Dan Mize knows what he's doing on gas or diesel engines - and he's honest. Two things that are sometimes tough to find. They have worked on at least three of my vehicles over the years. One a Volvo, another a Ford F350 and the third was a Mercury Villager van.

"better service and better parts would make a better place"If you use aftermarket parts on Toyotas then you can end up causing other problems and that is what happened to me. I ended up going to the dealer only to have them put OEM parts in and it resolved the issue. I also noticed on this forum the positive reviews looked like they were from the same person. Hmmm

"These guys are great!"Jimmy at Joe Angell Automotive is the best. After hitting a pipe, my car was a mess underneath!!! $4,000 worth of damage. The guys at Joe Angell's not only did the repairs but they also drove my car to the body shop in Del Valle and drove it back to Austin for me without a service charge!! "Nearly got Ripped Off Here‎"I asked for an estimate for an A/C repair and was charged $75 for the privilege. Fair enough - my bad for not asking in advance. However... I was told there was a leak in a hose. The hose, which can only be purchased from the dealer was $220. Due to a loss of freon pressure I was told that another unit in the A/C system had to be replaced as well due to water vapor preventing it from operating...
