Even though they didn't have the requested tires in stock, they had them there in 30 minutes. I was in an out in less than an hour. The gentlemen behind the counter were very nice. The waiting area had new magazines, newspapers and free bottled water and coffee.
Imagine my surprise when a gentleman call for me when my car was through He said NO CHARGE for fixing the flat.
