"I am very disappointed with Northwest imports"I brought my nissan sentra 1994 to northwest imports 3 months ago. My battery light was on and there was a rattling sound coming out from the battery. Instead recommending me to change the alternator, they told me to change my switch. This is my favorite auto mechanic. Dan Mize knows what he's doing on gas or diesel engines - and he's honest. Two things that are sometimes tough to find. They have worked on at least three of my vehicles over the years. One a Volvo, another a Ford F350 and the third was a Mercury Villager van.

"better service and better parts would make a better place"If you use aftermarket parts on Toyotas then you can end up causing other problems and that is what happened to me. I ended up going to the dealer only to have them put OEM parts in and it resolved the issue. I also noticed on this forum the positive reviews looked like they were from the same person. Hmmm

"Lawn service repair"Repair time line of 3-7 days was promised at time of drop off. 10 days later- NO ONE had even looked at the item in for repair. No call was given when repair was completed. When attempt was made to pick up repaired item was informed at that time I had to wait another 4 days because my item was taken to storage. Another wasted trip to McCoys.
