"Disappointed and Mad!"After being a customer for auto and Home insurance for 8 years, this agent didn't helpe us when we needed it. He never answers phone calls and always refers you to an 800 number. They just don't give any customer service and wouldn't back up my family after a recent auto accidnet. Go somewhere else!
